20 Tips for a Healthier You!

  1. Start your day with a big glass of water and a squeeze of lemon juice
  2. Discover herbal teas to relax, detoxify and soothe
  3. Cut down on unhealthy fats, sugars and white carbs
  4. Aim to make your food natural, unprocessed and organic
  5. Have a big, healthy breakfast
  6. Eat small frequent meals
  7. Wait 35-40 minutes between drinking fluids and having a meal so your digestion is not disrupted
  8. Drink PLENTY of water – 80% of you is water!
  9. Use extra-virgin coconut oil! It’s a magical potion that you can use for nearly everything! It helps weight loss, can substitute your moisturiser and helps your hair grow!
  10. Have a spoon of manuka honey each day or two to help your immunity
  11. Exercise – Do what you love, even if it’s for 10 minutes a day! Why not get pretty workout clothes to get you motivated?

  18. Plan your day, achievable goals, and targets
  19. Love! Love yourself and you will find yourself loving everyone and supplying others with love and getting it back. Look around you and see all the positivity!
