A new year’s resolution or a new day’s resolution?

A new year can be a motivating,  new start to set goals, and of course, to set that a resolution. However, can’t we set a new resolution every day? If you really want to start something, with strong intention, start from now! Start from today or even tomorrow. I don’t see why a new year will help you determine when to start a new resolution, habit or a goal. Start with strong intention and consistency (stick to your goal – the beginning can be tough), instead of starting with a date. HAPPY 2014 AND A HAPPY NOW!
