Hydrating Coconut Berry Smoothie!

Coconut Water – Which is super hydrating as it contains electrolytes calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium and potassium, it also regulates blood pressure, aids digestion, and helps you to refresh!

3 tbsp Coconut Milk

1 tbsp Coconut Oil

A handful of raspberries

A handful of blueberries

A few strawberries

1 tbsp honey
